By accessing and using the Youkeo Studios website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Youkeo Studios provides professional recording studio services including vocal recording, instrument recording, music production, mixing, and mastering. Services are provided in-person at our studio location in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.

The quality of our services depends on factors including your preparation, the quality of your material, and the technical expertise of our team.

Making a Booking:

• Bookings can be made through our website contact form, WhatsApp (+91 9619192992), or phone call
• A confirmed booking requires your name, email, phone number, and session date preference
• We recommend booking 24–48 hours in advance to secure your preferred time slot
• Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis

Confirmation:

• You will receive a booking confirmation via email or WhatsApp
• Keep your booking confirmation for reference

Rates:

• First session: ₹800/hour (30% discount automatically applied)
• Regular sessions: ₹1,200/hour
• Recording to Final package: ₹14,000 per song (includes 2 hours recording + mix & master)
• Mixing services: Starting from ₹4,000
• Mastering: Included in Recording to Final package

Payment Terms:

• Payment is due on the day of your session unless otherwise agreed
• We accept cash and digital payment methods
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹)

Cancellations:

• 24+ hours notice: Full refund of any payment made
• Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the session fee will be charged as a cancellation fee
• No-show: The full session fee will be charged

Rescheduling:

• You can reschedule your session free of charge with at least 24 hours notice
• Subject to availability at your preferred new date/time

During Your Session:

• Sessions are conducted professionally in a controlled studio environment
• You must arrive on time for your scheduled session
• Respect our equipment and studio facilities
• Follow all instructions given by our engineer
• No smoking, drinking alcohol, or use of illegal substances in the studio
• Maximum session duration is limited to booked hours. Extended sessions may incur additional charges

Studio Conduct:

• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone behaving disruptively, disrespectfully, or violating studio policies
• No refund will be provided if service is refused due to misconduct

Your Content:

• You retain all rights to your original music and recordings created at our studio
• We do not claim ownership of your compositions, lyrics, or recordings

Studio's Rights:

• You grant us permission to use photos or footage from your session for marketing purposes, unless you explicitly opt out
• We may display your work on our website, social media, or marketing materials with proper credit, unless you request otherwise
• Your testimonial may be used for promotional purposes

Disclaimer:

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We make no warranties regarding:

• The quality of recorded material (subject to your performance and input)
• Uninterrupted service availability
• That the services will meet your specific expectations
• That errors or defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability:

Youkeo Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services or website.

Acceptable Use:

• You agree not to use our website for illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws
• Do not attempt to hack, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to our website systems
• Do not engage in any activity that harms our reputation or the experience of other users
• Do not post spam, malicious content, or harass others through our contact forms

Content on Our Website:

• All text, images, graphics, and content on our website are the property of Youkeo Studios or our licensors
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content without permission

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, specifically the state of Maharashtra. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
